Lil' Devils Camp Philosophy
Lil' Devils soccer camp uses a balanced and creative approach to coaching that will have a positive impact on your child. Our high-energy soccer classes are carefully designed to enhance your child’s overall growth and well-being. By the end of the week we hope that all the Lil' Devils develop strong physical skills, who are well-balanced and confident.

CAMP DIRECTOR- ALEX SCHMIDT
Alex Schmidt ’96 has continued the rich tradition of the Lady Blue Devil Soccer program. The LBD’s have amassed a record of 64-14-7 under Coach Schmidt in just four seasons. He has guided the LBD’s to a State Title birth and a final National ranking of 11th in 2009, two Conference Championships and three consecutive trips to the Union County Finals with one Union County Tournament Championship in 2012. He has been an educator in the Westfield School district, both at Wilson Elementary school and Edison Intermediate School, for more than 12 years.
Lil Devils Staff
Most staff members are former players in the LBD program, now playing at the college level, who provide a common and passionate soccer learning experience. Some of the players in LBD's current program are chosen as well on the basis of their ability to teach, demonstrate, and positively motivate young soccer players. Our coach-to-player ratio is better than 1:9, and all LBD staff must be committed to high moral and ethical standards.
