Camp Schedule

Each day the campers will go through exercises that the Blue Devils have use throughout the tryout process and exercises they use throughout the season. Weekly exercises will include both technical and tactical parts of the game. Exercises will include 1v1's, 2v2's, 4v4's, UNC Passing Triangles, Bogies, & 6v6 tournaments. Players will also be tested in numerous aerobic and anaerobic exercises such as 120's and the speed ladder.
